Every December, Mike and Janis Kendall lead the CRMC choir in presenting a Christmas cantata as we prepare our hearts and minds to hear about Christ’s birth again. We welcome new voices who are willing to join us in proclaiming God’s goodness through music. Participating in the choir is a beautiful combination of fellowship and worship.
Occasionally throughout the year, our resident thespians, under the direction of Cobey Bartlett, present various skits and monologues during the worship service. We embrace this edifying manner of worship as we listen to God’s truth presented through drama.
A few times throughout the year we have special worship services in addition to Sunday services. These services include Ash Wednesday and Good Friday.
Creative Arts Night
Twice a year (in May and November), we have Creative Arts Night (CAN). CAN is an opportunity for our church family to share the various artistic gifts that God has blessed us with. We begin the evening enjoying displays in the foyer (including paintings, quilts, and photography, and more) before moving to the sanctuary for presentations (including music and drama). Not only does CAN provide a chance enjoy fellowship together, but it also gives us the opportunity to refine our God-given talents and encourage each other as we seek to use what God has given us to His glory.
In addition to our regular Sunday morning services, here are some other ways that we worship together throughout the year.
