Our youth group is dedicated to mentoring and coming alongside junior and senior high school students as they grow into the young men and women God created them to be.

Youth Group

Youth Activities:

Sunday School:  Middle and high school students meet in the Youth Room during Sunday school (9-10 am). Aaron Grosse is leading the youth through the entire Bible as they study the “Attributes of God.”

Midweek Class:  Aaron is leading the youth through the Bible in a study entitled “The Path of Scripture” on Wednesday evenings during the school year from 7-8 pm in the Youth Room.

Finding God in Movies:  All ages are welcome to attend the monthly Finding God in Movies event. It takes place on a Sunday evening at 5:30 pm, but since the week varies from month to month, please check the current newsletter for this month’s date. We hope that you’ll join the youth for a relaxing evening as we enjoy a family-friendly movie, popcorn, discussion, and time together.

World Missionary Press Night:  Everyone is welcome to join the youth as they serve at World Missionary Press in New Paris on a Friday evening each month. Please check the current newsletter for this month’s date. Our volunteers assist with the production of Scripture booklets that are printed in many languages and will be distributed across the globe. The group leaves CRMC at 6:15 pm and returns by 9 pm

Community Garden:  During the summer months, the youth plant, maintain, and harvest food from their Community Garden. The garden serves as both a teaching tool and a way for the youth to bless others with free produce.

Check out the “CRMC Youth” Facebook page for details on current events—from Sunday school topics and resources to Nerf Nights and retreats!

MESSAGE FROM: Aaron Grosse, Youth Director

“It is my goal that every student should find their way into the arms of Jesus. This group is not mine, but God’s. He is their true leader. I’m just a guy who loves these kids with all my heart. I will strive, with integrity, to see that they find God. This means more than using sound teaching, creating mind-stimulating games, and producing fun events; it means modeling what it is to follow Christ. A true testimony is worth more than a hundred sermons. I’m committed to honoring the God that I serve by pouring my heart into the lives of these kids as the Holy Spirit pours into my life.”
