Euchre Night takes place at 7 pm on the first Friday of each month. We meet at different people’s homes, so please check the current newsletter for this month’s location. You don’t have to be an experienced Euchre player to come; new players are always welcome!
Finding God in Movies:
All ages are welcome to attend the monthly Finding God in Movies event. It takes place on a Sunday evening at 5:30 pm, but since the week varies from month to month, please check the current newsletter for this month’s date. We hope that you’ll join the youth for a relaxing evening as we enjoy a family-friendly movie, popcorn, discussion, and time together.
JOY (Just Older Youth) Group is a small group for ages 55 and up. JOY Group meets on the third Wednesday of every month at noon for a carry-in meal and fellowship.
A hot meal is served every Wednesday evening at 5:30 pm. Afterwards, enjoy a cup of coffee and good fellowship until our evening activity. During the school year, Midweek Classes for all ages begin at 7 pm, and during the summer, Summer Serve starts at 6:30 pm.
Our Singles group gathers on the second Friday of every month at 5:30 pm for a time of food and games.
Come join us on any snowy Sundays for sledding at the Elkhart Conservation Club. Sledding begins at 2 pm, but you’re welcome to come and go as you please. Bring a sled if you have one, but there are plenty to share if you don’t.
young adult fellowship
Young adults (college students, older young adults, and young families) are invited to partake in dinner and fellowship each Sunday afternoon following the worship service. Young adults are invited to join either group, but generally, Tim and Sue Matteson host the college students and beyond at their home, and Pastor Bud and Cris host the older young adults and young families. There are occasionally exceptions to this, so please check the current newsletter for specifics.
